About this tool

The number that surprises everyone
Subscriptions are designed to be small individually and invisible collectively: the honest total for a typical household is several hundred a month once phone plans, cloud storage, streaming, software, memberships and insurance are counted, and most people guess at half that. Listing them is the whole intervention โ the tool's yearly column turns "9.99 a month" into "120 a year", which is the number you actually decide with. Go through a bank statement for the last two months to catch the annual ones. Then sort by cost, and for each ask when you last used it. The data stays on your device; nothing is uploaded. The budget planner places the total in context, the countdown can pin a free-trial end date, and the unit price calculator compares a monthly plan against paying yearly.

How is the yearly total calculated?
Weekly ร 52, monthly ร 12, quarterly ร 4, yearly ร 1, then summed. The monthly figure is the yearly total divided by 12, so a yearly bill is spread rather than ignored.
Can it cancel subscriptions for me?
No โ it is a list, not a bank connection. It tells you what to cancel and when; you do it with the provider.
Does it remind me before a renewal?
It highlights renewals in the next 14 days when you open it. It cannot send notifications, since nothing runs when the page is closed.
Is my data private?
Yes. The list is stored in this browser only and never uploaded. Export it as CSV to keep a copy.
