Name badges work when the name is readable from two metres, which means one big line for the first name and a smaller line for the rest; the layouts here size type for that, so 'Alexandra Papadopoulos, Head of Operations' becomes a large 'Alexandra' with the rest beneath. The grid matches common adhesive badge sheets and insert cards so you can run a whole guest list on a laser printer in one pass; if your sheets differ, the business-card layout on plain card and a badge holder works everywhere. Print at 100% (no 'fit to page') so the grid lands on the labels. The list is processed on your device and nothing is uploaded, which matters when the list is attendee data. Is the guest list uploaded?
