Getting labels to land on the stickers
Label sheets are a grid with known margins and gaps, and the seven layouts here cover the most common Avery codes and their generic equivalents: 21, 14, 16 and 8 per A4, and 30, 10 and 6 per Letter. Each label's text is shrunk until it fits its box, and long lists spill onto more sheets. The two things that make labels misprint are both in the printer dialog: scaling (any “fit to page” or “shrink to printable area” setting moves every label by a few millimetres — choose 100% or “actual size”) and paper feed variation, which is why a test print on plain paper held up to the light against a real sheet is worth thirty seconds. Use the start-position field to continue on a sheet that has had labels peeled off. Your mailing list never leaves your device, which for a list of customers' home addresses matters. The CSV viewer checks the export first, the email list cleaner handles the email column, and the barcode generator makes codes for product labels.

Which label sheets are supported?
Avery L7160/5160-style 21 per A4, L7163 (14), L7162 (16), L7165 (8), and Letter sizes 5160 (30), 5163 (10), 5164 (6) — plus the generic sheets sold with the same dimensions.
Why don’t my labels line up?
Almost always print scaling. Set the printer to 100% / actual size and turn off ‘fit to page’. A small consistent offset is the printer’s feed; adjust by a millimetre in the printer settings if it offers it.
Can I print a whole sheet of my return address?
Yes — tick ‘same label on every slot’ and it fills the sheet with the first label.
Is the list uploaded?
No — the PDF is built in your browser; the addresses stay on your device.
