Why three columns work, and what this honestly isn't
Kanban's power is the limit it makes visible: a Doing column with eleven cards in it is a picture of why nothing is finishing. Keep Doing to two or three cards, move things right, and the board tells you the truth about your week better than a list does. A personal board suits a job search (Applied / Interviewing / Offer), a house move, a side project, a reading list, a week of errands. The honest limit is in the title of this page: it is a personal board. It is saved in this browser only β no accounts, no sync, no sharing β which means total privacy and zero cost, and also that a team needs a shared tool and that clearing your browser data clears the board (export the JSON first, and re-import by pasting it into a new session's storage if you must). The to-do list is the flat version for a single day; the Pomodoro timer pairs well with the Doing column; the habit tracker covers the things that recur.

Where is my board stored?
In this browserβs local storage on this device. It is never sent anywhere. Another browser or device starts with an empty board; the JSON export is your copy.
Can I share the board with my team?
No β it is deliberately single-player. Team boards need accounts and a server; this one trades that for privacy and speed.
How do I move cards on a phone?
Tap the β βΆ arrows on a card, or drag it. Double-tap edits the text.
What happens if I clear browser data?
The board is deleted with it. Export the JSON from time to time if the board matters.
