Text Repeater

Repeat any text as many times as you like, with your own separator.

About the text repeater

Repeat any text a set number of times, joined by whatever separator you like β€” a space, a comma, a new line, a pipe, a bullet, or nothing at all. Useful for filling out test data, generating placeholder content, building a delimited list from a single value, or producing the sort of celebratory wall of emoji a group chat occasionally deserves.

Output is capped at 500,000 characters. Past that, browsers start to struggle with selecting and copying, so the count is reduced automatically and the cap is reported underneath.

Frequently asked questions

How many times can I repeat text?

Up to 10,000 repetitions, subject to a 500,000-character cap on the total output. If your text is long enough that the cap would be exceeded, the number of repetitions is reduced automatically and the tool tells you.

Can I put each repetition on its own line?

Yes β€” choose "New line" as the separator. That produces one copy per line, which is handy for generating test fixtures or a column to paste into a spreadsheet.

Can I repeat emoji?

Yes. Emoji are ordinary text characters, so they repeat like anything else, including multi-character sequences such as flags and family emoji.
