Why documents come out backwards
Two everyday machines produce backwards documents. Sheet-fed scanners that grab from the bottom of the pile scan your stack in reverse โ the document is perfect except it ends with page one. And printers that stack output face-up deliver page one at the bottom, so the pile you pick up (and sometimes re-scan) is back to front. Both are one click here. The distinction worth knowing: reversal fixes ORDER, not orientation โ pages that are upside-down or sideways want the rotate tool instead, and a document that's scrambled rather than reversed wants the organizer's thumbnails. Does reversing lose any quality?

My pages are backwards AND upside down โ now what?
Two passes: reverse here, then 180ยฐ in the rotate tool (or the other order โ they don't interfere). Sheet-fed scanners often produce exactly this combo.
Why do printers stack pages backwards?
Face-up output stacks page one at the bottom. Most drivers offer reverse-order printing to compensate; when a PDF has already been made from such a stack, reversing the file fixes it for good.
Is there a size limit?
