Is the video uploaded to extract the audio?
No โ the browser decodes the audio track on your device. A gigabyte of video never travels anywhere, which is also why it's fast.
Why did my file fail to extract?
Either the browser can't decode that codec, or the video genuinely has no audio track (common with screen recordings captured without a mic). The error says which honestly.
