Choosing a resolution honestly
DPI decides everything about the output. 96 DPI matches screens โ right for previews and quick shares. 150 DPI is the working default: crisp on any display, reasonable file sizes. 300 DPI is print quality โ a full A4 page becomes roughly 2480 ร 3508 pixels, which is what the 300 DPI standard actually means in pixels. JPG suits pages with photos; PNG keeps text edges perfectly clean and is worth the bigger files for pages that are mostly type.
